Summer is the loudest season.
Everything is out. Everything is visible. The days are long, the world is full, and there is an unspoken pressure to be as open and radiant as the sun itself; present at every dinner table, bright in every conversation, available to everyone who reaches for you.
Buuuut....
In all that outwardness, something can get lost. Summer asks us to shine. But whose version of shining are we performing?
This circle is an invitation to come back to yourself in the middle of the loudness. To practice the difference between expression that comes from that root, and expression that comes from the noise around you.
