From that place, we celebrate this moment with joy, playfulness, and a full-bodied indulgence of the senses.
What can you expect?
· Somatic shaking, slow and meditative walking, gentle breathwork, and simple pranayama practices.
These draw the mind out of its habitual loops and into direct experience.
· A soft and embodied movement practice that flows into a voice activation session.
