Presence as a source of joy
This retreat is an exploration of how joy arises naturally when we stop leaving ourselves. Through silence, yoga, ritual, voice work, inquiry, and coaching, we train attention to stay — not to chase bliss, but to meet reality directly. Again and again.
This structure supports nervous system regulation, emotional honesty, and a growing sense of ease in being exactly where you are.
We might meet discomfort along the way. Honesty asks for that. As awareness deepens, old tensions, habits, and protective patterns may surface. You will be held — individually and collectively — in this process.
The payoff of honesty is real: pure, unfiltered joy regardless of life’s circumstances.
A deep yes to all of life’s colors. Inhabiting life fully.
