The Portugal retreat is your week for putting down the weight of daily life.
The days here have a natural rhythm: morning yoga as the sun rises over the mountains, long afternoons by the pool, evenings that soften into deep relaxation.
No expectations, we are only here to notice, to arrive, to be. We give space to the body’s natural unravelling. You will be held, fed and able to finally take a long exhale.
